Highly doubtful, but I've seen it happen at other schools. Player commits, de-commits, the re-commits. Come to think of it, that happened in the Choate era at MSU with James Williams. I don't believe James committed to another school though.

That's a good question...I'd imagine there are a lot of factors involved. What did his decommitment look like? Do we have any additional scholarship $ available in the qb room? Would he be interested in a walk-on role? How happy are we with the current qb room? Do we think he's a true difference maker?

With all those questions, I'd say it's highly unlikely.

Sanders sold Colorado on making the program relevant, which he was able to do because of his playing success and personality. He has not been able to recruit or develop OL or DL to actually make the team successful. First year win first game against a bad team who happened to make playoffs prior year, all we read or saw was about CO. They were not good. 2nd year 2 players get headlines so they still got press, a little better team but still not good. This year, not good again, no big time players much less coverage. Next year $27 million deficit. So much for the hype train.
