Bobcat athletics is a business to the coaches, school leadership, and players. It's time the fans treat Bobcat athletics as a business too.

I don't ever remember seeing anything posted. Does anyone know how the field house renovations turned out? I can't remember exactly what was suppose to be done once the football team moved to the BAC but I've been wondering how it turned out.

The only video I’ve seen is of the volley ball teams new locker room.

Yes the old vacated football locker rooms allowed for other sports to have larger spaces for their locker rooms. Not sure if all of these are done yet or not.

The old football offices are being rebuilt to house the athletic’s academic center which was greatly needed. The old space was horribly inadequate and this will allow for a great space for the student athletes. I believe that work is still underway.

Projects will be going on in the Field house throughout the year. The academic center has already moved into the old football offices but will get a renovation this summer. The training room upgrade just started. The old football locker room turning in to mens and womens locker rooms are in design phase. The weight room will get some updating in the not too distant future.

I received an email tonight about a new plaque in the BAC that will include the names of all the donors, no matter how much you gave to the project. That’s pretty cool and should alleviate some of the concerns about the donor wall only including the names of those that gave over $10k.

My hope is that ITC and H******** have nothing to do with the Academic Center. They ignored Athletics for decades. Poor form campus. Poor form.

They did a poor job on the FB conference room podium. There is conduit between the podium and server box. Why do we need to open the podium for the coaches laptop to be connected? Can no one fish an hdmi cable through it?

My god people, get it right. Why does the display stick up in the way? Why ain’t it built in? And a touch screen?

Why why why???

On a much smaller issue, why can’t we adjust the backdrop for press conferences so that it’s tight and not sagging on the left side. My OCD comes out every time.

OMG the messed-up backdrop during press conferences bothers me too! Looks bush league, this is what people see and could project class so much better. Seems like a simple fix. As long as we are talking OCD, the other thing that drives me nuts is when goal post pads are put on crooked. Rarely happens at Bobcat Stadium but I’ve seen it. I need to go check and make sure I locked my car now.

Glad it's not just me... Also glad these are the things we're able to worry about at this point in the season! \:D/

Me too! And at least we can hear the questions AND the answers in our pressers. Not like we try to run a press conference inside a gym with a basketball game or dodgeball or something going on every time..... :-^

Maybe reporters should move up a couple rows and toward the center.

The reporters are probably afraid of the gleek soaking and keep their distance.

While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

Apologies, Got distracted there.

My bad.

Good news on recognizing the donors for this project. It would not have happened without you.

What if your donation went towards a new indoor practice facility, where does your name go?
