Good question…

Sounds like a good research assignment for @TomCat88
Marquay McDaniel (Hampton) 116 attempts for 1668 yards back in 2002-05. As of 2021 at least.

MSU - 17 team National Champions (most recent 2025); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

Is Vigen's 12-4 playoff record the best W-L percentage (.750) in BSC history?

You'd have to set a minimum number of games coached to exclude someone like Dave Arnold, who went 3-0 and won the championship in his only playoff appearance. Joe Glenn went 7-2 in the playoffs (.778) in his three seasons with the Griz from '00-'02.

Hehe, works for me! Best I can find with the 10-game minimum is Beau Baldwin, who went 11-5 (.688) in the playoffs with EWU.
