THIS! I was thinking about that... the pain that's been inflicted on the Griz, with the games over there where we beat them by not throwing the ball, the Miracle in Missoula, the multiple ASS kicking (Most lopsided victories in the history of the rivalry), then this year beating the TWICE, including the semi's to punch our ticket to Nashville... all these beautiful wins keep stacking up and are really easing the pain of the streak.

Now there is a whole generation of Cat fans like my kids that have no memory of it. All they know is competitive Cat football and frequent glorious victory over the team over the hill.

What about Kramer first year here when he gutted the players and we went 0-13 that year. The 0-16 was one thing but to add to that with a 0-13 season living in GRiZ country where I do….is where my hatred comes from. There are some serious pissed GRiZ fans around here..lol. Had drinks with some life long friend who are GRiZ fans last night I said something about the Cats and she said fu*@ the Cats”. I said I get it and I got more respect for you saying that than saying you’re cheering for us Monday.

I landed in Montana in ‘98, endured the @ss-end of the Streak, and was there for Kramer’s perfect (winless) season. And while I’m firmly in the camp that my flame does not burn brighter by extinguishing yours, metaphorically speaking, I will not and cannot let the vitriol go in this rivalry. I’ve been on the end of some some really terrible things from gwis fans. FTG

And while I’m not fixated on them, I do sincerely hope nothing but the worst for them and their program… nothing but middling season, and mediocre performances. Just enough to keep ol’ Bob around. They need to suck…. For a while.
