I dunno, that doesn't seem accurate to me. I was there as well and while I do agree the Cats outnumbered the Bison, there were more then 5,000 bison fans in that stadium.CodyCat wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 11:44 amYes, I think 12-13k is accurate. I thought it was 60/40 Cats fans. So quick math shows about 7200 bison fans. That’s probably more accurate.catatac wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 12:04 pmI dunno, that doesn't seem accurate to me. Re: Nashville Attendance ISU tickets for sale
NCAA ticket sales has released tickets from ISU and they are now for sale. MSU side hasn't been released to the public yet.
ISU had 3 sections.
MSU has 4 sections, that is why we got the visitor side - more seats to sell to us.

Things are not great in Bisonville. Their attendance has been way down with an abysmal 10,500 at their playoff loss to Illinois State. Not sure what is going on, but they have lost a lot of momentum with fans.CodyCat wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 12:29 pmI thought it was 60/40 Cats fans. So quick math shows about 7200 bison fans. 550 tickets for sale in the ISU section - all at the top - on the NCAA site.Montanabob wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 1:52 pmNCAA ticket sales has released tickets from ISU and they are now for sale. MSU side hasn't been released to the public yet.

Time for a new program to take over the top. I hope the Cats don't experience fatigue when WE win 9 out of the next 10 Championships.cats2506 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 3:13 pmBison Fatigue, it is realCataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 2:52 pmThings are not great in Bisonville. Re: Nashville Attendance
My wife and I made the trip down on Sunday. We are the advance recon/scout team as far as I can tell.
Where the heck are Bobcat fans. We’ve met one MSU grad student doing her 1 year doctoral internship at Vanderbilt and a Washington dad with a senior at MSU. Otherwise the on-site current sit rep is three Bobcat fans to about a bazillion people with Illinois on their shirts (not kidding)!!!!! We are surrounded!
It was 23 degrees and a 15 mph wind this morning so the wife and I retreated to the redoubt waiting for a bit warmer temp around noon.
The beer is cold. The touristy things have been good. Big New Years Eve bash on Broadway tomorrow.
P.S. Ardent football fans know this……but the reason there are so many Illinois shirts present is that U of Illinois plays Tennessee in the Music City Bowl today in Nashville!!! We actually haven’t encountered a Red Bird yet… but the Illini we talk to are at least aware of the Monday game and a few have relatives at ISU.

Re: Nashville Attendance
Email to me from ticket office said tickets would be issued the week of the 29th. Impatient as I am, I called them today. Was told they would be e-mailed on the first.
Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14, but 34-11 will do, but 48-23 may be the best of all.
