Justin Lamson Interview
Here is an incredibly interesting Lamson interview... Shares his reasons for choosing Montana State, why he loves football, names some former teammates he is trying to recruit to MSU this off-season, and previewing the Super Brawl. Things happen, but it dosen't sound like he is leaving anytime soon. I highly suggest the listen!

Re: Justin Lamson Interview
This is the guy Lamson is trying to recruit to come out here. He is really good friends with Lamson, and went to school with him his first couple of years. He is a 5th year senior LB with an extra year of eligibility. He recently entered the portal. Played a ton for Syracuse in the ACC with plenty of production through the years, but was injured alot this year. Here is his portal announcement
And here is his link to his player profile, Bio, Stats
Derek McDonald - Football - Syracuse University Athletics https://share.google/1kmlWfaOlM4aALitq
It might be a long shot to get him out here seeing as if we have a ton of good LBs already. Could we use him as a passrusher? Regardless if we get him or not, it's awesome seeing Lamson thrive here and telling everyone he loves they should join us. Good look for the program!

That was very good. Interesting to hear about his path to Bozeman from him personally. I, for one, am very glad he's a Bobcat, and I'm excited to see him lead the team to Nashville!!BlueAndGoldNation wrote: ↑Sat Dec 20, 2025 12:31 amHere is an incredibly interesting Lamson interview... This guy has a chance to finish 3-0 against the gris, and there's an outside shot he could finish 4-0. The guy is an absolute warrior.

Gris schedule is much harder next year than the cakewalk they had this year. Interesting to see where they finish.

Couldn't have asked for a better follow up to Tommy! What a leader he has been. He's always communicating on the sidelines, and on the field. He is nowhere near the same athlete that Tommy was, but my goodness is he cerebral, tough, reliable, accurate, and most importantly, clutch. He has ice in his veins. Regardless of what happens in this National Championship, he is already a MSU legend and he's only played for a year! He only gets better next year if he stays, probably will be a preseason All American!
