Stake out a spot high on the NW grassy knoll If it gets rainy or snowy you'll enjoy the spectacle of dozens of people accidentally sledding to the bottom in front of you.. πŸ˜‚

I have 4 SRO tickets to sell to grizzlies. They are Row 1, spots 1-4 on my patio looking in to see my TV. Prices are $250 each firm, no low balls, I know what I have. Limited Coors light will be available for $20 per bottle. For a deposit of $500 a 5 gallon bucket and half a roll of toilet paper is also available. Tailgating is not permitted. Outside food or drink is not allowed. Payment via VENMO OR PAYPAL. Please contact ESG GCG for any further information.

Take the money, resell the seats as many times as possible and give a fake address.

Top of 118 or 122 is pretty good. Students often walk to the top of 121 / 119 and pack the top of those sections (assuming the student section if full) so that gets pretty obstructed.

It can be breezy up that high so try for standing in front of the tin signs (Sonny Holland Endzone / Pepsi) as they block the wind a bit.

Yeah, it's easier to surf the borders of the student section in the playoffs without getting too many dirty looks, since they cut the section down dramatically as break hits.

False information. This from the stadium fan guide:

Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets will be released for sale after all other seats in the stadium have been sold. The SRO area is the grassy area next to section 107 and the cement area between the North Endzone Cabanas and section 108.. Fans may not bring chairs to use in SRO. Blankets are permissible.

There is no SRO areas in the stands!

@PlumbBobcat you are correct that this area is not designated SRO, but as someone that has been to multiple games with SRO tickets...I have always stood up at the top of the Sonny Holland Endzone. It is usually shoulder to shoulder with fellow SRO folks. There is about 4 feet of walkway behind the top row of seats. Not recommended for anyone with a heart condition BTW.

I actually think the SRO grassy area is a pretty decent area to be. Field level, corner of the endzone, under the big screen. I was front and center for that last Lamson TD against UCDavis.

Ok. So you are part of the problem. Please stop perpetuating that this is acceptable. You paid for SRO. If want to sit in the bleachers, step up and buy season tickets. I wish MSU Athletics would address this in some manner. I believe they over sell SRO and force people into the stands.

The grassy knoll is a good place to watch from, It's also kind of fun to be by the visiting fans and observe their misery.
Most entertaining ones yet were Bill and Karen fans. They were questioning their life choices, especially in the second half.

Not bad, I’ve watched multiple games from there. Kind of depends on where you are in that crowd and on that hill too. And if there is snow you are guaranteed to see people go down and if you’re not watching, they may take out your knees on their slide down. It can be an interesting place.

Isn't there kind of a small area at the back that's behind the last row of numbered bleachers though? I never noticed it before until I had seats near the back one time earlier this season.

Right... So it's 'standing' room. It's not reserved for anyone's seating. Not sure why it's necessarily a problem. Not that I've tried it.
