Might've just been my old memory - I can only remember being able to find a moscow mule in/around southwestern MT. Never outside of Montana till the last 10 years or so.
Also - a Poor Man's Martini from the Ranch bar in Anaconda.

My friend Charly orders a Michelob Ultra with olives. We've decided it's now called a "dirty Mic"

I don't drink anymore, but there are times that I wish I did. I miss red beer (with tomato, not that nasty clamato crap).

Re: Caesar vs Red Beer vs Whiskey Ditch
Whiskey ditch is most definitely a Montana drink. When the Cats MBB team made the NCAA tournament in 1996 the bartenders in Albuquerque had no idea what was in a Whiskey Ditch.
I know that in Wisconsin and Minnesota they have Red beers, but I think they call them Red draws.
Ceasers are huge in Alberta. A few years ago I went to games in both Edmonton and Calgary, for an Oilers game and a Flames the same weekend. They had multiple variations of Ceasers one could order.
