I don’t think you tell Vigen no unless everything is worked out. Shep could have signed it and it’ll be leaked tomorrow for all we know.

We’d probably circle back to Vigen and push. We have the $$ he just wants to coach in the play offs. He will never ever get a promotion that way. No school will wait. Eventually he will break. We’d just go up to $3m and see if he flips. We can t wait until Jan. No school can. There’s recruiting to do!

A school that is trying to get their 3rd win in the last game of the season should probably be willing to wait. It's not like they are going to suddenly become a relevant team in year 1 no matter who they hire. I'm glad they didn't wait for Vigen though.
