Koni Dole
Anyone know what was going on at halftime and postgame with Koni Dole and the other 3 guys decked out in game day football gear?

Re: Koni Dole
We saw it too and I asked in the Gameday thread but haven't seen any responses.
He was near the student end of the stadium as the halftime show ended. Shortly after that he was on the other end zone with camera crews filming him.
Didn't see the other players. We just saw Koni and spent too much time trying to figure out who he was because at first it looked like he was wearing current blue uni that we wore last night.

Right as halftime began Koni and three others in MSU uniforms came out on to the field with a camera crew. As the band was performing they filmed the same shot probably five or six times, with Koni on the ground as though he was injured and the other three players running past him off the field. They were all wearing current MSU uniforms and the same uniform combo (blue jersey, blue pants, gold helmet) that the team wore last night, so we figured they were also shooting actual game footage to intersperse with whatever they were filming with Koni. I didn't notice anything going on after the game, at that point it was so late we wanted to get the heck out of there and home to bed!

Re: Koni Dole
I saw him before the game being filmed getting into a golf cart near the front door to the BAC and after the game being filmed coming off the field. I asked someone that looked to be part of the filming crew and she said it was some sort of a mini-documentary.

For anyone that remembers former Montana State DT Riley Griffiths, here’s the scoops Griffiths was in the sci-fi movie Super 8 when he was a child. He then played football for a few years for MSU and got his film degree. He played at the same time as Koni Dole.
Now Riley is a filmmaker and he’s making a Bio pic about Koni. A few other former Bobcats were helping with the scenes on Saturday night, including Grant Collins.

It through me when I saw the 41 on a jersey and I thought there's no way they let our leaders not go in at halftime.Colter_Nuanez wrote: ↑Sun Nov 16, 2025 11:00 pmFor anyone that remembers former Montana State DT Riley Griffiths, here’s the scoops Griffiths was in the sci-fi movie Super 8 when he was a child. It was actually different pants. They were wearing white pants. Thats how I eventually figured out it wasnt actual players. When our team came out for the 2nd half I realized that.MSU01 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 16, 2025 7:15 pmRight as halftime began Koni and three others in MSU uniforms came out on to the field with a camera crew.
