Looking forward to the Bobcats visiting San Luis Obispo. MSU football has been impressive. Cal Poly has struggled the last decade and while we are not where we want to be as a program yet, we look like for the first time in a while we are headed in the right direction. If our QB Deiffenbach is healthy and has knocked off some of the rust (he missed 2 1/2 games with an injury and struggled last week in Missoula in the 2nd half) we should give you a competitive game. If not it could get ugly. Anyone traveling to SLO for the game?

Cal Poly will be fired up for this game! I have no doubt our team will come down and be ready as well. I’m sure the week off has helped you guys as much as it has helped us, aside from one starter we should have all our starters back.

This years Cats will be different than the last few times we have played as we are much more balanced on offense. Our defense has been a brick wall so far, however, the Ducks game did no favors for our defensive stats.

So, we went to Davis last year. After sundown the temps dipped into the 50's I believe. I don't know what it was-more moisture in the air??? but I was absolutely freezing. Will it be the same in SLO? Bring a decent coat?

Bring a warm jacket, when the marine air hits after sundown it will feel very good.

Yes it cools down significantly when the sun goes down especially if a marine layer rolls in. Bring a coat.

I just remembered that oldgris said that the only reason the Cats beat ISU by 34 and gris only squeaked out a 4 point win was the home field advantage. If that holds true, your home field advantage gains you 30 points. We can split those and make it 23-9 Cats.
