Last week’s relatively strong performances by North Dakota (against ranked Kansas State) and NAU (against ranked Arizona State) showed that FCS programs can compete with top FBS programs. The Cats didn’t do that. I’m not saying the Cats can’t pull off an upset win today. But the betting line is well informed.

The line, at least as posted in Sportsbet was wrong, but not for any of the reasons stated. Lines come out to try and draw even betting on both sides. Seeing a line shift by 2 full points means they got the line wrong by underestimating the betting that would come in on the Jacks. Casinos don't want extra liability on either team
