I relate to what Troy said about Montana. It’s why I moved back here after 25 years in Portland. If you know, you know.

It took you 25 years? Just hackin' on ya! LOL.

Yeah, the first time I left on my own I knew it was going to be a while before I pull up the stakes. It didn't take much. I had a hard enough time adjusting moving from Hinsdale to Helena, which seemed like NYC to me. I do enjoy visiting big cities though. A week is usually more than enough. It's great to leave because coming home always feels so good. We moved all our belongings from Hinsdale in a small cattle truck and our station wagon. I-15 wasn't completed yet in the Wolf Creek Canyon. Came over the north hill and saw the "city" and there were about 7 NG helicopters flying over the valley. Sad memory. LOL...Grapes of Wrath 1972 version.

Anyway, yes, Troy sounds very sincere when he says he misses it here and like you said, iykyk.

Yeah, good news for Troy (if he can stay healthy) is that the Falcons still seem to believe in him. Diablo from the Raiders is better suited as a backup in case of injury.

Agreed, I think both of the Falcons draft picks (Walker and Pearce Jr.) are actually good for Troy since they'll make the overall defense better but won't be directly competing with him for playing time. I really feel for Troy, I still think he can be a really good NFL player but he just needs one season where he can play 17 games without getting hurt again.

T-Roy walks by in the background, still wearing his leg brace.

Article on google today saying Troy is on the chopping block because of new pickups and his injuries. I think Falcons staff was a little careless with how they used Troy. Starting MLB and special teams, to much. Maybe a fresh start with a better program would be a good thing.

They better not cut him -- I spent good money on his jersey for my daughter. Nope, he has to stay put.

Great point, I didn’t understand why he was on special teams and starting defense! Then again it’s the Falcons and all their fans think every Georgia Bulldog player is the answer to all their problems!

I hope Troy sticks with the Falcons but imagine if he ever moved to the Raiders with Tommy. You might see more silver and black in Bobcat Stadium than blue and gold.

If he’s healthy and plays like he did last season, Atlanta would be stupid to cut him just based on his rookie contract status alone. If he gets injured in camp, he’s likely getting cut. It’s always been about his health. The talent is there but at this point is not an insult to say he’s injury-prone.
