First Three Rounds of Playoffs
were almost unbearable to watch, of all the teams that made the FCS playoffs. Should of just took the top 4 seats and slugged it out and we could have settled this thing two weeks ago.

I disagree. The Davis/USD game was a toss up.

Re: First Three Rounds of Playoffs
You could've made a pretty good 8-team field out of just Big Sky and MVFC teams with no same conference matchups in the first round.
1) MSU vs 8 ) Ill. St.
4) USD vs 5) Davis
3) SDSU vs 6) Idaho
2) NDSU vs 7) Griz
We joked all year about how high UM was in the rankings even when they lost games, but after watching these other teams play I feel like they probably were one of the best 8 teams in the country.

I mean, that's fair. Somebody has to be in. But you still end up with the same 4. There's just a gap. Just is.MSU01 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 14, 2024 8:19 pmYou could've made a pretty good 8-team field out of just Big Sky and MVFC teams with no same conference matchups in the first round.

Re: First Three Rounds of Playoffs
If these two teams play 10 times, I'm not sure they ends up 5-5. Don't think I've ever seen a turnover-fest like that in a college game before. Good think it wasn't out in the cold and snow;-)
