I believe those comments were from a conversation that Kramer had in Rivendale with the Elfin Press Sentinal. At least, that would explain the Lord of the Rings-esque fonts.

And I hang my head in shame for knowing that many LOTR references. For the sake of my pride, I can only pray that I botched them.
