Kids say the darndest things
My two year old daughter is starting to catch on. I’m usually sporting some sort of bobcat apparel and every time she sees the logo she screams “kitty!!”
This morning as I woke her from her crib she once again saw the bobcat head across my chest and exclaimed “GO CATS!” (I’ve been trying for a while)
I’m about as proud as a father can be.

Well, at least it wasn't FTG. Leave that one until she gets a little older.Cats92 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 10, 2023 6:19 pmMy two year old daughter is starting to catch on. I’m usually sporting some sort of bobcat apparel and every time she sees the logo she screams “kitty!!”

My cousin got her a “FTG” onesie for the 2021 cat gris game and fortunately for us, she outgrew it rapidly because it was bad luck.cat-o-nine wrote: ↑Sun Jun 11, 2023 8:54 amCan't wait until she starts singing "Mony Mony" the Bobcat way!

My first grade daughter calls Mony Mony the "beat the grizzlies" song. She requests to listen to it on the car ride to all her soccer games. #FatherOfTheYearcat-o-nine wrote: ↑Sun Jun 11, 2023 8:54 amCan't wait until she starts singing "Mony Mony" the Bobcat way!

My daughter turned 2 toward end of last football season her expression with multiple words was Go Go Bobcats! last season Because cold weather, a few of the games last year i was not able to take her to game in person, but she was watching on TV and sure enough yelling at TV Go Go Bobcats! One of the cold weather playoff games someone let us into inside box seats and she was back at it yelling Go Go Bobcats during game at the field.

My 3 year old grandson has been taught to say Go Bobcats when he sees any apparel, He follows that up with Boo Grizzlies. It took us about 2 months to perfect it but he has it down now. Proud Bobcat Papa for sure.

We oughta get a kids section fundraiser going. Ages 3 and under and preferably near the beer garden.

My daughter started saying “Get ‘em! Get ‘em!” Anytime anyone is running with the ball, even the Cats. She’s apparently a huge fan of low scoring games. She may have a future as a defensive coordinator.

My granddaughter told my son she wanted to be Champ for Halloween last year. They looked all over for a costume and didn’t come up with anything so told her it just wasn’t gonna work. She said “ that’s ok dad, I asked Santa for it”. Smart girl. He built an amazing Champ head replica from scratch and pulled it off. Go Cats!

It's Dress as your favorite team day at my 6 year old daughters school today. And she dressed up in her Bobcat cheerleader outfit this morning with no prompting. I'm a proud dad! I'm not crying, you're crying!!!

Re: Kids say the darndest things
My daughter is almost 3 and she knows the Cat head logo as “Go Cats”. So when we put her Cats shirt on it’s always “this is my Go Cats shirt” or if she sees me wearing anything with the logo she asks me, “Dad, is that your Go Cats shirt?”
