If so, great pickup for the staff. Getting kids out of Missoula can be tricky. Good athlete

Things are imploding at UM. Bobby was always going to go back to being Bobby, it was just a matter of how long it would take.
Rarely do patterns change as a person gets older, and typically the behavior amplifies itself as a person ages unless work is put in to alter those patterns.

Offense I believe. He's the definition of a "slasher" in how he runs with the ball. Puts his foot in the ground and explodes. Can play RB or WR interchangeably.
Defensively, safety or nickel aren't out of the question either.

I like him better as our future nickel. But that’s just me…VimSince03 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 5:44 pmOffense I believe. He's the definition of a "slasher" in how he runs with the ball. Puts his foot in the ground and explodes. Can play RB or WR interchangeably.

Ortt will be the nickel after this year and likely own that spot for his junior and senior seasons. He's a versatile weapon on offense. He finds the endzone a lot. But everyone should remember this kid is a great hockey player...which translates to his play on the field.Common Cat wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 5:50 pmI like him better as our future nickel. Re: Adam Jones Commits?
Just because we got a verbal from a kid in Missoula doesn't necessarily mean things are imploding in Missoula. Lots of Bozeman kids have gone west and things weren't imploding here.PapaG wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 12:04 amThings are imploding at UM. Agreed on Ortt. I was thinking of Jones as that next guy after Ortt.VimSince03 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 6:52 pmOrtt will be the nickel after this year and likely own that spot for his junior and senior seasons. Re: Adam Jones Commits?
He might be alluding to the Zack Crews/Marcus Welnel situations. But I agree just because Missoula kids are coming to Montana State doesn’t mean much. I think most kids want to go to college Somewhere besides their hometown.CodyCat wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 7:35 amJust because we got a verbal from a kid in Missoula doesn't necessarily mean things are imploding in Missoula. MSU - 15 team National Champions (most recent 2021); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

That and MSU may have the degree program he is most interested in.TomCat88 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 9:42 amHe might be alluding to the Zack Crews/Marcus Welnel situations. I think the degree programs offered are almost the primary tiebreaker for in-state recruits that didn't grow up as a fan of one school over the other, unless one side really tanks their recruiting effort.
Eastwood, did not make it. Ball out! Recovered, by Montana State!! The Bobcats hold!!! The Bobcats hold!!!
