You might want to post that question on the tweet.

Both coordinators expressed a desire to play physically, but Housewright used terminology usually reserved for defensive coaches.

“I want you to say that you would take everybody on our offense in an alley if you were getting in a fight,” he said. “Between the whistles they're going to punch you in the face, and we're going to have more fun than anybody in the country.”

Who is the griz spy in the QB club?

While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

For those that might be attending today... I will expect to see a full recap of every player, and every play or drill that was ran. Thanks

It's really funny, that gets talked about quite a bit. Choate was so paranoid about having griz spies in the QB club. We do get some pretty great access and some cool inside info, but there were times Choate wouldn't say anything or would outright say something that wasn't true just to throw an opponent off his scent.

So someone needs to post a picture with "Undercover Bobby Hauck" in it right now.

Day 1 is in the books! As always with day one, optimism reigns. However, we appear to have really good depth at each position except for maybe at Safety. There were some great throws today by the QBs. Mckay, Mellot and Austin each threw a long beauty that would have been TDs. Overall, it is hard to single out players on the first day. With the depth that we have, this Fall camp will be more competitive than ever. I am sure things will sort out a little more each day and players emerge. I watched each position group doing drills. Each one seemed loaded. We have a stable of running backs and the wide receiver group is loaded too. Some of the young WRs looked pretty impressive. Also ther is a transfer from Utah, Cam Gardner that looked good and very quick. Tight end is another loaded position. Will be interesting to see what they do this year. The OL despite the loss of Wood will be very good. On defense, the linebacker position is strong. Some of the young guys looked impressive. Neil Daily and Jace Fitzgerald kind of stood out to me. Eiden looked to have a slight injury and was on the excercise bike. He is a big kid. The DL position looked bigger and stronger. Hardy and Amandre Williams will be a force. I was surprised at the depth along the DL. Areta at 350lbs looks to be in great shape. The DB groupl looked good. Level Price made a couple of nice plays today. We have some size with our DBs this year. Zambrano is another that stood out to me.

It was great to have Bobcat football back!

Hmmm...something just doesn't smell right about this photo from practice today.

Excellent stuff, thanks!!

I like the word on Areta. Great potential. He could make a huge difference. No pun intended.

One thing that was noted today is between drills, under Choate, the players always ran. Nobody ever stood around. Today, they were times when players just walked between drills. Maybe no big deal, but it was a difference. Not trying to be negative as the practice today was very spirited overall.

Biggest question mark/unknown for me is at safety. We’ve had some great production out of our safety’s the last handful of years. Do we have the guys to replace that?
