I think Vega and Alston may be two of the three since they don’t have a lot of other offers and no FBS offers. The other known defensive players that have offers from MSU also have offers from FBS programs. Xavier Mitchell just committed to FCS Maine. Curious who the three commits could be.
The other would be Blake Hehl I'd assume.

Tre Webb looks like he can be a phenomenal player here.
At the same time, he didn’t pick us over Notre Dame or any of those PAC 12 schools. Sometimes offers are conditional, or get revoked bc the roster is full, lots of different things can happen. But let’s be realistic, nobody is picking MSU over Notre Dame.

He reminds me a bit of Daniel Hardy, long and lean with a big wingspan. Apparently, he had some academic scholarship offers out of high school too, so super smart young man.MSU01 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24, 2021 7:37 pmI can't say I ever thought we'd see a graduate transfer who still has three years left of eligibility!imacat wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24, 2021 12:30 pmI found this on David Alston …Bozcat003 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 2:28 pmI thought he might’ve been the one the coaches were talking about. Tonight at a Bobcat Club gathering, Vigen mentioned the three guys mentioned above: Alston, Hehl, and Tre Webb as being immediate contributors.

Anything else newsworthy? Alston I imagine I’d a Defensive End. He and Hehl I’d imagine are both 2’s this year - good depth.94VegasCat wrote: ↑Wed Jul 28, 2021 9:47 pmTonight at a Bobcat Club gathering, Vigen mentioned the three guys mentioned above: Alston, Hehl, and Tre Webb as being immediate contributors.

Nothing too Earth shattering. He said that he tasked them this summer with preparing themselves for properly responding to difficult situations. (Not sure I phrased that properly). Being resilient and overcoming adversity such as being behind in the fourth quarter and sticking together to pull off the win.Bozcat003 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 28, 2021 10:02 pmAnything else newsworthy? Re: 2021 recruiting
Just curious because I can't locate an answer online. What is the latest date in the current season a team can sign a player? Obviously, Fall camp starts in a couple of days for the Cats. There are still a few guys that have offers from MSU that haven't publicly announced their commitment anywhere. I don't know if those MSU offers have been rescinded or not though. When is that drop dead date that a player can commit and still be eligible to play this season?

I get that it's FBS, but I don't know that I would've chosen a perennial losing program that nobody cares about over MSU. San Marcos is a really fun town though...AFCAT wrote: ↑Sun Aug 22, 2021 10:14 pmI see Anthony Shipton is now on the Texas State roster #99.
