It seems like everybody else has some sort of poll these days…isn't it time we had one here at GoPowercat.com? Every Monday throughout the 2005 football season I will release my Big 12 North and South Power Rankings. My views don't necessarily represent everybody here at Powercat Illustrated and GoPowercat.com, in fact, Fitz and D. Scott Fritchen probably don't want to be associated in these rankings in any way. These rankings will likely change every week, but this first edition might be worth saving in case you want to have proof that I actually picked Texas A&M to win the Big 12 South before the season began......
.....5. Oklahoma State (0-0)
The Cowboys have made a push to get into the top half of the South the past few seasons, but look for a bit of a slide under first-year coach Mike Gundy. OSU is going to try and throw the ball a bit more this season, straying for the system that brought them three straight bowl appearances. Redshirt freshman quarterback Bobby Reid should be a star and hopes to get his first start in the season opener against Montana State.
This week: vs. Montana State
