I too am sorry for the smar-alec answer, I just couldn't help myself.

A new coach coming in always creates uncertainty for possible recruits, look at all the uncertainty about the kids who had signed with Mick last year when he resigned and Huse was hired.
A speedy process is a must but it must be done prudently enough to get another great coach that our team so richly deserves!
