Here they are:
1. G.W. Bush = 29% approval rating. Lowest evar.
2. Dixie Chicks = #1 album despite no radio play
3. Montana = preseason #4 and leadpipe lock to win the BSC
4. That hostess chick from the movie Waiting wants me. Wants me. Bad.

wrong, not even for recent history. Nixon was lower at 24%.
i am also sure that there are at least 3-4 that are at least close if not lower
