New Griz O-Lineman???

Post by HelenaCat95 » Thu Apr 20, 2006 12:10 pm

Rumor is, that after Hauck saw this story, he started recruiting Madeline Albright in order to shore up a weak O-Line.

A "weak Griz O line"? Ha! You have no idea. The Griz/Cat game will always be a coin toss, and frankly I've come to enjoy that contest again. But it's for sure another year where the Griz will go very deep into the playoffs, and where the Cats will certainly not.

Everything is always on its way somewhere.

Does "going deep" refer to how far the Cal Poly team shoved the ball in your playoff last year?

Once again, a kitty fan talks about a Griz PLAYOFF loss instead of your inability to reach the playoffs.

kittynation should hang manboobs out like you did Durham.

If you Mizzou'ers didn't go all "Brokeback" on the selection committee or schedule the Napa School for the blind, you wouldn't be talking playoff last year either

UC Davis dropped their cat game. I'd be looking for another DII patsy to be added to the schedule to replace them. Two things to keep in mind with that, cat fans: 1. Try to schedule a DII you can acutally beat, and 2. After a year of reading thousands of posts that the only reason the Griz made the playoffs last year is because we thumped a DII school, I'd certainly begin thinking about what excuse you'll use to justify your playoff appearance (making the HUGE assumption you get in) after having TWO DIIs on your schedule. Cause that's going to be a little tough to justify, doncha think?

Sound advice, and the Griz should follow it as well. Wait... I guess you did. I haven't seen NDSU on your schedule lately... Smart move - if they came into your house and beat you when they were DIVISION II, I'm guessing they'd really thump you now that they're 1-AA. (P.S. we beat them last year...) 8)

A Griz friend of mine put this together for me. He thought the OP was funny.

Next year's O-Line Roster:

T- 77 Terran Hillesland, 6'7" 310 lbs
T- 71 Cody Balogh, 6'7" 320 lbs
G- 74 Madeline Albright, 5’2” 150 lbs, (with a 400 pound leg press)
G- 72 Colin Dow, 6'5" 320 lbs
C- 73 Jeff Marshall, 6'5" 285 lbs
