Serious Suggestions to Improve bobcat football

Post by AlphaGriz1 » Wed Jul 31, 2013 11:34 am

I was thinking the other day that since you guys like to steal ideas from other football programs:

Stealing the cougar scream from Washington State
Copying the "M" on your helmet from Missouri, Marshall and Miami...of Ohio
Running through a blown up mascot while entering the field
Skydivers from Montana
etc

and then act like they are yours..............maybe you should try these suggestions or forward these ideas to somebody that can.

Pure, simple and elegant......."Roll cats"
Train a monkey to ride a bobcat out onto the field and throw an authentic Crow indian arrow into the ground at midfield
Plant some Oak trees outside your stadium (should be easy to dig through the mud) and do the prowl right by them. You could call them "Gatewoods Greatwoods"
Make the letter "c" with your hands and everyone shouts "Claw em cats"
and my personal favorite
Walk, Choke, bobcat

As always, you are welcome........just trying to help you guys get to the next level, soon you will be legitimate mid runners in the BSC

Don't worry to much about alpha. Looks like he is in one of his moods where he tries to be funny. He's failing miserably.

And Montana was the first school to do "First Dooownnnnn *insert school here*"

Good job, your ugly bear mascot logo doesn't look like exactly like anyone else's bear mascot, that much. But thanks for stealing the script logo on your helmet from US. That's right, first script logo - 1982, MSU. 1988, Griz follow suit.

Again, do you honestly think Montana is the first school to run through an inflatable tunnel, shaped uniquely for the school? You actually had a rare opportunity here to hit us with a zinger - we bought our current inflatable tunnel from Miami U in Ohio. This is the one thing you could've actually used to prove your point.
Skydivers from Montana
No further comment needed, see my other points.

If you're coming in swinging, don't come with that weak sauce bro. You've done much better, that was way too easy to deflect.

Oh and I'll just add that the Griz have lost 9 conference games in the last 3 years. The Cats have lost 3.

Oh come on now... nobody wants to hear about those pesky little details. Let's get back to the important topics at hand. I really do think we need to get a midget to dress up in a cute little kitten outfit as Champ's side kick... and have them run around the field acting like a douche.

Also we need to get "Cotton Eyed Joe" rolling through the PA.

Laugh every time I hear the um PA guy say, "uhh, third and long grizz fans" in a tone of voice that means 'get up and make some noise.' I can't believe their great fans need a cue in a situation like that.

What about all the football programs across the nation that do many of the same things you mentioned...did they "steal" them?

I see Alpha got the usual fish to bite. He is in summer camp and using you guys to warm up before he hits the usual idiots on egriz. I do have to call BS on this. I don't every recall the fans needing cuing to be loud on a third an long situation. But I don't usually pay attention to the PA guy anyway.

Anyone know what griz game they are going to raise the banner at? I understand they've got a nice one for being tied for 8th - 10th place in the Big Sky last year. Can't wait...
