This is the year the cats finally make their move and can get above .500 in back to back seasons.
Keep up the hard work.

Hell, according to cat fans he was the LB, OG, DE, P and PR, too!!!
Ya....whatever Alpha. He only came within less than 100 yards of becoming the all-time BSC career leader in total offense. And the only reason he didn't get the record, was because MSU was bitch-slapping UM so bad in the 2nd half, that Lulay was pretty much able to just keep giving the ball to Evin Groves on every play, and didn't have to put the ball in the air.AlphaGriz1 wrote:More of a running back than a QB.
For you guys he was a good QB
On any other team he would be fair to midland.............we set the bar higher than you do at MSU.
It was 16-0 until late in the 4th quarter.GrizinWashington wrote:I guess when you only win about 8 times a century, 10 points constitutes a "bitch slap".![]()
Makes me wonder what scores like these would be called??!!!:
59-28
55-7
55-20
35-14
49-3
28-3
41-20
35-3
So was Lulay, in the 2nd half, which was the other reason he didn't get the record.AlphaGriz1 wrote:Lex was hurt that game.............................
I thought it was because there was just too much mud on the field???AlphaGriz1 wrote:Lex was hurt that game.............................

Yeah, it says that he could hand off to Groves just as effectively, whether he was injured or not. But his injury, not to mention the 16-point lead, and the fact that Groves was running all over UM's defense, was why he didn't attempt hardly any passes in the 2nd half.AlphaGriz1 wrote:John K wrote:So was Lulay, in the 2nd half, which was the other reason he didn't get the record.AlphaGriz1 wrote:Lex was hurt that game.............................
I couldnt tell Lulay was hurt..........................that says volumes.
With the way Groves was running the ball, I couldn't tell that UM's defense was even on the field....now that says volumes.AlphaGriz1 wrote:John K wrote:So was Lulay, in the 2nd half, which was the other reason he didn't get the record.AlphaGriz1 wrote:Lex was hurt that game.............................

I think we've had winning seasons for a decade or so... last losing season might have been 2001?AlphaGriz1 wrote:This is the year the cats finally make their move and can get above .500 in back to back seasons.
