First round projection results?

6 wins, 2 losses, and did not pick the closest game correctly.

Westby/Grenora gets to travel across the hi-line 645 miles to Hot Springs for a quarterfinal matchup. This game will also be a 2016 Title Game rematch. In that game, Hot Springs traveled to Plentywood, MT to beat MonDak 54-20. Now the Thunder get to log the miles on the bus.

So far this year Big Sandy has beaten 7 of the playoff teams: MonDak, PDB,DGS, Jordan, NorthStar, WSS, and Richey -Lambert. None of the games have been close. I'll be watching them put a hurt on Roy-Winifred this weekend. At least it will be a short trip for R-W, only about 60 miles across the river. why we have East division teams playing West division teams in the first round, in class B, is beyond me, we need to be more cost effective in the playoffs.

I'm predicting Big Sandy to win out. That Kade Strutz is the real deal. And I know he wants to play for the Cats. Hope the coaches are looking, though he is just a junior.

I know he went to a camp in Bozeman last summer. He really had his eyes opened on what it will take at that level. While the kid is tough as hell, it usually takes at least 3 people to take him down, I don't know if he has the speed needed. He would make a hell of a fullback.

Welp called that one wrong. Wibaux and Jordan in the 6-man championship for the 2nd year in a row. It's hard to beat a good team twice. Jordan beat Big Sandy soundly.
