A stop is a more meaningful statistic than a tackle. I think the wording in that article was deliberate and not a mistake. If a team has 3rd and 4 and Tim Hauck makes a tackle to keep the other team from getting a first down, then that's a stop (and a tackle). Robbie made a lot of his tackles downfield when the other team already had 20 yards (or whatever the number was, you get the idea), so there was no "stop."

Tim Hauck could be a tremendous help to them. But Tim Rosenbach and brother booby will make sure he's frustrated.
