Paul Wulff new Cal Poly coach

Cal Poly is expected to promote Paul Wulff to head coach, sources told FootballScoop on Monday. The school has called a Tuesday press conference to announce the hire.

It's former EWU head coaches but in reverse! Someone let Mike Kramer know he's up next.

I think Wulff is a good coach, at least they will have continuity in the direction the program is trying to go. I imagen he will retain a lot of the other coaches too.

Do you think he will continue with Baldwin's path and passing game or head back to the running game? What might he prefer?

He was the EWU coach before Baldwin, Baldwin took over when Wulff went to WAZZU. He was one of Baldwins mentors. His wife had health issues and I don't remember all of the story. He was out of coaching a few years and then came back and eventually wound up on Baldwins staff at CP.
CP will be a spread passing team I believe.
