Pierre Strong of SDSU ran 4.37 yesterday to tie for the fastest 40 time by a RB.

just looking at FCS guys in NFL combine, even though they are outnumbered, put up some good 40 times:
LB - fastest is Troy Andersen 4.42
RB - fastest Pierre Strong SDSU 4.37
QB - 2nd fastest EJ Perry (Brown) 4.65
CB - 3rd fastest Zyon McCollom SHSU 4.33
OL - 4th fastest Trevor Penning Northern Iowa 4.89
WR - 6th fastest Christian Watson NDSU - official time of 4.36, #1 was 4.28

The other position groups did not have an FCS player run
