I could be mistaken, but I don't think the Bobcats have lost to a Frontier team in the last 50 years if not longer. But the Bobcats have had a few close calls. I remember one year Carroll took us to overtime.
It happens. It may not mean anything by the time conference rolls around, though right now it appears that both Weber and the griz are a bit down this season.

They really struggled against MSU-Northern also... seem to be playing at par with whoever they play against, because they played decently against Stanford I believe.

According to my griz friends (yes even I have a couple of them...) This loss proves two things

1) Big Sky is terrible this year

2) Tech is WAY better then people think they are

So basically the same thing that they say every time the football team loses

+1

Montana Tech lost by 10 to ISU, beat Montana by 2, and plays BYU next week. Too bad Montana State can't play them instead to determine the best team in Montana!

Drew Huse did what his dad could never do......

Also, I see Derek Selvig is an assistant at Tech. Maybe it was spygate.

Northern was actually up on them at one point in the second half.
