Eagle QB has received permission from the NCAA to transfer to Washington State. His petition for a medical redshirt was granted.

That's pretty ironic. His signature victory that shot him to prominence was vs. the Cougars.

More Ironic is he can't win back his starting spot in the BSC but stands a chance in the PAC 12...
