Griz Slash Stanford Cardinal

Post by Grizzfan » Fri Dec 02, 2005 10:56 pm

Griz beat Stanford (as in Pac-10 traditional standout) 88-69 at home tonight. Wonderful game with the Griz never behind. Watchout!

This is hard to say for me, so here goes. :?

Nice job, Grizzlies. This was a big win for not only your program, but the entire Big Sky Conference. You will be a tough opponent in the conference race. Larry Krystowiak is a great coach and Grizzly basketball is a solid program.

Ok, that's enough positive Griz talk for me.

GO CATS!

Wow. How did Stanford get so bad so fast? Not to discredit the Griz, that is a great win, but remember 2 yrs ago when they had that unbeaten streak of 25 in a row, and ended up 30-2? Some of the players that played on that team play for this years team. Dan Grunfeld is one hell of a player, and Chris Hernandez is a pretty good point guard. They also have lost to UC-Irvine this year. Rndom thoughts, I know, but
interesting, nonetheless.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

This Krysco Griz team is nothing like last years. Tuesday night the turnover/ assists ratio was 9 turnovers to 23 assists. This year the Griz teams motto is SHARE the WIN!

Tonight the Griz played TEAM ball against a bunch of GOOD individuals from Standford!
honestly the first bearbac post i have ever read that had nothing to do with the "kittys" or any other classless, stupid post! good work. and good win for you guys.

This is a great win for the Griz, but here is a hint:

Don't come over and post this on our main board in a condescending manner and you will get a better response.

Again, congrats this is a huge win for the Griz and the Sky.

I can root easily for the Griz in basketball and every other sport. Just not football. :D
