Does SUU's win in Missoula diminish Jerome Sauers' and NAU's victory a few weeks ago?

Once the NCAA gets done in Missoula, the least of their worries will be losing to SUU.

When are they going to be finished with their investigation?

Wow, head over to egriz if you want some entertainment today. It's absolutely crazy.

They were planning an Engstrom pitchfork gathering last night.

They have absolutely turned on Delaney and apparently there was a pretty public player and Delaney incident on the sideline yesterday. Sounds like Delaney would have been mauled if not for an assistant coach grabbing the kid.

Another fan is giving up his season tickets to the first person that sends him a SASE.

I guess they lined up for a SUU punt way off the line when it was fourth and one. SUU fakes and converts. After choosing the wind instead of an offensive possession that was basically the last coaching blunder most of egriz could handle.

It's a real dumpster fire over there. They think with a brand new head coach next year all will be back to normal. I don't know if anyone realizes how this will effect their program for years.

I have noticed that also! I found it was pretty comical. Although when you talk to actual adult Griz fans they are bummed out about the season, but they want to program cleaned up also. One even stated to me that they are happy. Maybe the annoying Griz fans will leave! :D

Well, one "good' piece of news from my Missoula friends is that PlayerRep has been effectively removed from having access to the program.

There is more to come on the NCAA investigation by the end of the year, or so I'm told. I find that a bit odd, considering the NCAA rarely tips their hand before leveling penalties against a program.

I just hope that any penalties like post season bans come in future years, I dont think that this years self imposed ban should count

It must be something big if it is taking this long. Didn't they start that in like March?

I think they announced the investigations in march but secretly I thought they said it started last December.

I don't have any detailed "inside" knowledge on the NCAA investigation, or potential specific NCAA violations at UM, fwiw. The leaks at UM have also stopped for the most part, which is a step in the right direction.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know. I owe AG1 a six-pack of PBR and probably three people, including you, a case or domestic or something of equal value. The Griz aren't out of it yet though. A lot of weird stuff happens at the end of the year, every year, and UM is often the benefactor of weird stuff.

True, but the only way you win is if WE lose to them. At this point, I don't see that happening. Also, they could lose before then, which would end this whole thing. Nobody saw this coming

Really? They're in 9th place in the Big Sky right now... and I don't see any they end up better than 5th in the Big Sky if they win out. Does anyone still think they would actually make the playoffs if they win out? Maybe I'm wrong but thought they wouldn't take 5 from the BSC?

Here's an unreal stat...first time in the history of WA-Griz that they have lost 2 in a row at home.

An ISU win in Missoula on October 27 might be what it takes to send me into labor. I mean, I'd already be sh*tting my pants, so... (Don't get me wrong, it'd be awesome, it's just hiiiiiiighly unlikely.)
