GRIZ LOSE BY 11!!

Post by SACCAT » Thu Mar 17, 2005 4:58 pm

Closer than I thought.

GOOD: Because the big sky gets more DAP.

BAD: Because I was kind of wishing they would lose by 40.

Sorry that is just the way I feel

Great game for the Griz...I'm sure Washington let down a bit after the 16-2 run to start the game or whatever it was, but the Griz hung right in there and actually outscored them the rest of the way. It's always nice to see the Big Sky team at least not get totally blown out.

Hmmm. Interesting. Granted, Washington is no Nebraska, but it is still nice to see that a BSC team can hang with a decent team from a major conference. Maybe there is hope for us "lower division" schools.

Sorry -- I just had a bitter flashback.

If we had those first 4 min. back, wow what a fight by the Griz. Washington was RED HOT at first. If they want to keep winning in the tourney they need play a full game, and maybe they just slacked off b/c it was Montana, but they're going to need to put in a more "full game" to get past the sweet 16.

Whether the Griz lose by 1 or 11 or 101, all that matters is that the Girz lose!

Well, I went to the second round in Boise and all that I can say is if the Huskies play like that again- watch out- we could be seeing them as the next National Champions...they could not miss a shot. They were great to watch. Good luck Huskies and thanks for beating the jizz!
