Who is the top rated basketball player in the west

Micha Downs! I just read a couple of articals on the who are the top rated players in the west. Both named Downs as the the BEST player west of the Mississippi. For those who do not know Micha played his Sophmore year at Butte High, and for the record 4 different high schools for his highschool career. Downs is reportedly signing with Kansas today. Now don't get me wrong, I thought he could be a good D-1 player as a sophmore, but the top player in the west and the number 13th player in the country, I had no idea he could be that Good. Good luck to him and I know I will be watching Kansas basketball to watch his progress.
