griz have very few schollies to give, so my take is they are being offered partials with no other promises. 'Cats have several schollies to offer, and generally commit more to the athletes they want.
In other words, if they committed to the griz, they weren't the athletes this year that the 'Cat coaches were looking for. JMHO
