Downtown Bob Stitt

Find it interesting that Stitt can openly tweet about being downtown Saturday night, enjoying beers with fans.

Just find it interesting. Thoughts?

It's kind of cliche to say at this point, but a massive hangover against Poly is a distinct possibility. Poly requires extra preparation and focus or they can hurt you. That offense lends itself to not being affected by noise. I guess Stitt downtown drinking like he already won the Natty just gives a real life meaning to the hangover metaphor.

He's probably happy he didn't have For Sale signs in his yard!

I know you guys will be feverishly cheering for us to crash and burn every week, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
He was asked what the big upset means to him.

“It’s getting us on our way to where we want to be,” he said. “We’re here to get the swagger back. We don’t lose in our own stadium. Our kids fought today. We didn’t win the national championship. We won a ballgame. We’re 1-0.

“We’re going to keep chipping away until we’re a championship football team and this was a great start.”

Us = the coaching staff
Where = out of Missoula and into a Power Five conference.

Everyone knows him now. Say buh-bye to Bob. Like he says, Stitt Happens!

My, how your tune has changed since predicting it would take at least a full season for his offense to get rolling, if ever. :roll:
