One parting shot

Post by BobcatBulldog » Fri Nov 17, 2006 10:11 am

I am about head across the divide and behind enemy lines and thought I would throw out one last post before I sign off for the weekend and let the beer to begin to flow like wine. I encourage the rest of BN to throw one out too as an informal BN roll call for Washington Grizzle Stadium.

I have witnesses over twenty Cat/Griz games and believe that this is the closest the teams have ever been, I truly believe that no one has a clue who will win this game, we don't know what teams will show up.

Final score Bobcats 23 Griz 20

Will see them again in Tennessee

I am sure the NCAA, in their infinite wisdom, will have us playing each other before the championship should we make the playoffs.

23-20 seems a lttle high for me, but not by much, but I do beleive it will be a field goal difference. You can debate how good a coach Kramer and Huse are all you want, but I think clearly the difference in the in the last 2 of 3 Cat / Griz has come down to the coaches. In my opinion I think Kramer has Hauck's number. I predict another Bobby Hauck melt down, who knows maybe he will out the wishbone again.

If this could come true, I'd cheer for the Cats tomorrow. Did I just say that?

Man wouldn't that be something! Can you imagine the travel crowd for both sides on that ... the fights on the plane coming back etc. etc. ;)

Good for you Billings Griz, that would really be something. There is plenty of bad blood even within my own family about this rivalry and that scenario would be a blast.

I always save some personal days a frequent flyer ticket for a scenerio like this.

Man, I am here! Got in to Missou about 7:30pm last night. First vehicle I saw as I was pulling into town had Bobcat plates - good omen! Woke up this morning at 6am and couldn't get back to sleep - just too excited. I have been playing the game over & over in my head. Close game, but the Cats eke out another win! We gotta play hard, play agressive and with no mistakes. Take care of the ball and sack the hell out of Swogger. Biggest game of the year, Cats! Let's give 'em hell!
