NAU's "hurry-up" offense
Everyone made such a big deal about NAU's hurry-up offense going into this game that I was a bit concerned. After watching the first half, I came to the conclusion that it's nothing special at all. Yes, they don't huddle, but Murietta still calls the plays at the line and spends most of the play clock doing so. He looks like Peyton Manning out there. As much time as he spends calling a play at the line, it shouldn't even be close to being called a hurry-up offense.

I realize that Lulay is gone, my worry was that Murietta was about to do to us what Lulay had done to many teams over his career.Shakermaker wrote:Lulay is gone... Great win without him.
