On the Massey Rating site if you select "cf2025" as the sorting option it combines every single college team together including NAIA and JCs. All the way from #1 Ohio State to #912 Maine Maritime (D3).
MSU is currently #89 in that ranking, 4 spots ahead the College of San Mateo as the highest ranked non-D1 school.
