This year’s NIL landscape has shifted fast with revenue sharing, new guidance, and a lot of dust still settling. Change can feel messy, but it also creates opportunity.
At Montana State, we’re leaning in—Montana State Athletics (led by AD Leon Costello and our head coaches), the MSU Alumni Foundation, and our Bobcat Collective team are more aligned than ever. That cohesion enables us to raise the bar for our student-athletes responsibly, transparently, and at scale.

These funds enable us to clearly project our capabilities for the current season and build a consistent, lasting budget that enhances our NIL and Revenue Share impact. Every member matters, and growing this base ensures we can deliver for our players year after year.

Thanks to our new partnership with Montana State and the Alumni Foundation, donors can now make tax-deductible charitable contributions directly toward Revenue Share. These dollars flow to our coaches, who distribute them to players in the way they see fit.
