Congrats Duncan! 2,000m is not as common as 3,000m for the steeplechase....but, any American record is ridiculously impressive!!! (Plus, he gets paid to go to Denmark to run a race....pretty damn cool!)

So 2k is mile + one lap. Just think: He's doing a 4 minute mile + an extra lap...all with hurdles & water jumps in 5 minutes and 19 seconds....that's flying!!!
