played a big man football game today. I have been as hard on him and in favor of Sean as anybody but Tommy played a game at qb today that i didn't know he could play. What a stud. I'll eat all the crow required. I was wrong.

That magnificent little s*** played his heart out today. His best game as a Bobcat. Man I hope his injury isn't as serious as it looked on TV.

Better play calling would have given Tommy and the Cats a 2 score win. Unfortunately, Tommy got hurt and the Cats lose by a predictable special teams blunder.

You were not alone in your feelings and I will also sit down at the table and gladly eat some crow with you. Gutsy performance. That is the Tommy I have been waiting for. The kid was by FAR the best player on the field and played with so much heart. Incredibly disappointed for him (and the team) that this did not go down in history as one of the greatest wins in Bobcat history.

Well said, I’m obviously heartbroken by the result but mostly because Tommy didn’t get a chance to finish it out. I’m so proud of Tommy for his effort and for showing all of us what a special player he is. Tough, competitive, and a winner. Thank you for your effort Tommy

Clint said it best here. Chambers being hurt made sense to why his absence was noted. Mellot played amazing.

Tommy was/is great. But he won't last a whole season the way he plays and the way we use him. The backups better have a great off-season.

He should take out some loans to pay for his senior year and walk (hobble) away from this game. They're going to maim that kid.

Great game Tommy. I hope you heal as fast as your 40 yard dash.

Seriously, if you read this keep your head up. You’re a gamer and loved watching your performance tonight

I would guess that Cam Miller isn't too much "healthier" than Tommy tonight even though he's still walking without assistance.
We dealt some hellacious shots to him today.

Mellott was special today. His receivers made some good catches today. He really showed his accuracy and speed.

Maybe the best game he had played for the cats…. Just DIALED!…. So depressing it had to end that way.

Really hope he can bounce back to 100% health soon.

He had an epic performance. What a leader! Sure hope his injury isn't too serious. Though limping, it was good to see him upright and walking on the sideline. Great player. So glad we have him for another year!

I’m personally looking forward to next season and specifically Tommy being the unquestioned QB1. Chambers did some great things and I’m grateful for his time but having this weird 2 QB system and people mumbling about wanting the backup to get more time is an unhealthy situation IMO.

This Griz fan agrees. Hate to see that happen to a good young man. He doesn’t get hurt Cats win, IMO.
