GRIZ J.V. 71 cats 68

Post by griz since earl solo » Sat Mar 02, 2013 10:12 pm

Nice try not starting the clock at the end of the game. Where is all of the pride? Mediocrity seems to be o.k. with hoops at bozeman state university. The boys varsity football team seems to be on the upswing... So how does the bball coach keep his job after a llloooooooooong track record of .500 ball. I noticed when they showed his overall record at the start of the game it was sugar coated with the Jamestoen Jimmie Juice....ah... that's triple alliteration \:D/ Curious... How does does the head coach keep his position ???

You don't have any friends do you?

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

You're a little late to the party. We've known that our basketball program sucks for a long time now. Yeah, Tinkle's subs are better than Huse's starters-with the exception of Flavian Davis tonight. But Davis is just as likely to have 2 next time. We never who will show up, but it will only be one or maybe two while the rest just stand and watch. Tinkle recruits basketball players-who first and foremost can shoot the ball. I'm not sure what Huse looks for in recruits. Tattoos maybe?

I believe Huse has now lost 6 in a row to the griz. If the tables were turned would the coach survive in Missoula with a record like that? The answer is-the streak wouldn't even get to six before he was gone.

Davis was a man among boys tonight. He came to play. One more of him and you win tonight. Not talking smack, but I think that the past 3 plus years of recruits that actually stay with the program that make a difference. Desheilds, Gregory, Weidener, etc. They are in the program and they buy into the program. In games like this, that is the difference.

How about display of lack of depth, lack of skill, and lack of ability. The Bobcats have been shorthanded all season...and the season before that...and the season before that. And probably next season too. The crowd tonight used to be what we drew for a Thursday night game against Idaho State. I've never seen this program so low.

Flavien was the best player on the floor tonight, he just got absolutely no help.

Hey I was calling for a 20 pt loss so I'm happy that they competed. Got some playas on the team. Just got to get them to work together and show up all on the same night.

Davis was amazing, he really fought to make some of those shots. The Gritz shot 3 pointers well all night, our point guards refuse to shoot, even when wide open. I think we had one shot go in the the first half from beyond the arc. it was the only one taken.
