What will you do on your last night on earth?

Post by ChiOCat » Fri May 20, 2011 8:56 am

Since we end tomorrow, lights out, rapture, etc?

What are your "last night on earth" plans? Will you party like it's 1999?

Not too rowdy here, walking the 5K with my dad and husband. Carb loading so I will be enjoying foods I don't normally. I'll probably still have a glass of wine too. I guess it's not a bad way to go out :D

Happy Friday!!

I'm drinking. And then celebrating another day that the Earth lives tomorrow night. I read that it's supposed to happen around 3:00pm our time so the drinking tomorrow can start early. 8)

Man am I a jerk! I am leaving my wife and son at home tonight and meeting some buddies in Pendleton for a little casino time and golf tomorrow. If the world does end at about 2 PM Pacific time I should just be wrapping up 18 holes so not a bad way to go out I guess. Hope I get a hole-in-one tomorrow, otherwise that will be an open item on my bucket list! :(

Ha, I asked my husband the same question this morning!

Probably Ale Works, black and blue burger and a glass of wine. Or Eagles burger fry and a Rolling Rock. Then home, reading and finishing off the mojito fixin's I have leftover from last weekend's BBQ.

WILD WOMAN, I know :)

The world isn't going to end tonight, just the chosen one's or whatever are going to be raptured up to heaven. Long story short, I ain't going anywhere tomorrow  so I'm gonna spend my night like every other Friday night.

We should know by 4:00 AM tomrorow morning if something is going down. Supposedly the rapture follows the sun (aka it's a 6 PM rapture your time, rolling rapture coverage), and is marked by earthquakes. If there is an Earthquake near Australia Saturday morning, you might wana look at repenting. :) We'll have plenty of time to prepare.

In all seriousness, I couldn't think of a better person to spend my last night with. I love me.

I think I'm going to search for a really rich christian ask him/her if I can have all of their stuff if they aren't around on Sunday.

I think you don't get it. Sleeping in until 6 won't get many people very far in life, especially if they want to play on Sunday.

Anybody remember the far side? I’m going fishing, no size limits and screw the limit. I will be keeping a wild steelhead.

Is it really "looting" if the people cease to exist (which would surely be the legal holding for a person magically disappearing into the sky)? I assume not, so ... things are 100% off at the homes and businesses of the five people who have led pure enough lives to get the ET phone home treatment! I don't think you even need to ask for permission.

I'm going to spend it by taking my kids to our elementary school fundraising carnival, which was moved indoors due to rain... ](*,)

Can't wait to fight the crowds and screaming children!

I'm on my way to Vegas for a bachelor party. Between that and the rapture, this weekend wasn't going to end well regardless.

My favorite thing is that this guy (Camping) who is guaranteeing this did the exact same thing in 1994. FAIL.
