RTBs iPod
Here is a new weekly segment on BN.
Post songs you think would be on the selected weekly posters iPod. The poster (in this case rtb) gets to pick the following weeks poster.
I chose rtb as our leadoff hitter because hes simply brilliant and if Hitler had his way I am sure would be what "real men" would look like in utopia.

P.S. Yes i know this is a GREAT idea.......thats why I thought of it. No need for anymore complimentary PMs.

Re: RTBs iPod
Come on folks. I'm excited to see what you think is on my iPod, who nails it and gets some things right, and what music that I'm missing out on that will get added to my iPod thanks to this thread. My taste in music is seriously eclectic, so it will be fun to see what you all think.

Re: RTBs iPod
So far you jokers aren't even close!
There is no Wham on my iPod, although maybe there should be. No Rick Astley, no Carpenters, no Rage, no Lou Reed, no Velvet Underground, and no Modest Mouse. Also, I don't have Pray for you by Jaron, but that may be added and played at all tailgates in honor of Amanda's Dad and all Griz Fans!!
Now, for some real guesses....

Re: RTBs iPod
First off, nice find Chester! I have no idea what they said, but it's titled RTB so it has to be good right?Hawks86 wrote:Need some clues![]()

Ok, now for some clues.
I'm born and raised in Montana, I am under 30, I don't have anger management issues, and I'm obviously a Bobcat fan.
Just on that sentence alone you should be able to at least nail one genre, name 2 songs and 1 voice clip that are on my ipod, and eliminate one other genre. The either two genres that heavily influence my ipod are a little out of left field, but like I said it's pretty eclectic.

For the non-anger management twenty-something (this was a shot in the dark)...

Coach starts coming through! 3 out of 4 is pretty good. One caveat....I hate DMB so that isn't on my iPod, but similar music is.

This is a shot in the dark, but a band I recently have gotten into more and feel more people should give them a try. Band of Horses.

And simply one more since we're the same generation...

Re: RTBs iPod
Now we are getting somewhere! I can't see youtube videos at work so I have no idea what Alpha posted, but I am going to guess it is music he likes to rock when he has the t-tops off his firebird.
Coach got some more right, I do have Dispatch, OAR, Pearl Jam, and Old Skool I do have both Lady Antebellum and Brad Paisley(and I've seen both in concert)
Now, three things that I can't believe no one has mentioned....Dean Alexander's call of the day we ended the streak, and Evin Groves "Bobcat Forever" and "4 The Nation". EVERYONE on this board should have those on their iPod.
Ok, I put my iPod on shuffle and these are 12 songs that played.
Zac Brown Band - Toes
Ryan Montbleau Band - 75 and Sunny
George Strait - Texas
Bob Seger - Turn the Page
Ben Lee - Ripe
Tim McGraw - Set This Circus Down
Martin Sexton - The Way I Am
Lloyd Banks - On Fire
Sugarland - Life in a Northern Town
Jay Z - H to the IZZO
Gary Allan - Runaway
Sublime - April 26th, 1992
The things that didn't get captured in that list for genres are The Beatles and Buffet(who each are their own Genre on my iPod), not much classic rock, and then the random pop songs from the 80s to now.
