Great effort, great season blah blah blah...... You played the weakest team in the playoffs (TX State) rematch with a team who defeated you (Weber) got lucky against JMU (JMU wins with #1 QB playing the entire game) Lost to a team from the best conference in FCS.Translation: I told you! You were the most overrated team in the playoffs! The look on Hauck's face throughout the game would have been discouraging to anyone. One other game note: Your OL holds or chop-blocks on every play and your defensive players late-hit every play, the difference in the championship game was the officials actually called some as penalties. Those officials had to be from another conference!

I'm not saying this as a moderator; I'm saying this only as a Bobcat fan.

I'm just not all that excited about talking smack to a team that finished second in the nation in a playoff system when our team didn't make the playoffs.

The Griz proved it on the field and earned their way to the title game. I'm just not sure we can really smack on that in good faith.

What we can do, however, is beat them next season and use their success to our benefit. That's my plan, anyway.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am about the Griz going 14 - 2!

autocat, if the Bobcats had the exact same season that the Griz just had, you'd be farting sparks while naked down 7th avenue in a snow storm.

One would think that smack would be the last thing on your mind when you consider the Bobcats have never in their history won 14 games in one season.

If the griz had played up instead of playing jr high teams, I doubt their numbers would be the same at all. I hear the Cats will be playing Michigan next year, who will the griz play to make their numbers look good,

It' hard to tell who the Griz will play next year, so many teams fall by the wayside, you never know who will be left standing in December? Although there are 4 or 5 programs in the Nation that make the playoffs every year, a couple of which, don't have to go lose a couple of money games to pay the bills.They can fill up the OOC on likely wins by scheduling home and homes with other FCS teams from the Gateway Conference of any Conference near them?Appalachian State, McNeese State, Montana

Just did a little looking, Of the 16 playoff teams, all except 2 played FBS games. One that didnt play up was Colgate from the Patriot leauge, guess who the other one was

Cal Poly - San Diego St, Wisconsin
