Printable team roster for the scrimmage.

So... we had a kick ass O Line last year and only lost one player. Obviously we're going to be excellent there again this Fall and again only lose one Senior? Bunch of good looking younger guys on that roster too. I think we're set at OL for a long time.
I'm literally listening to Colter's show from yesterday right now and they are talking about how the coaches have shuffled all the lineman around to different positions ("foolish to switch them around" "it's just interesting that you would have such a dominant O-line and mess with it").

We should have a dominant O-line this year, and into the future, unless the new coaches (seems like it has to be them) screw it up.
I haven't followed practice/scrimmage reports as closely as I usually do. I would assume they are doing some cross training in case things have to shuffle around a bit due to injury?

I'm not terribly worried as we have the same OL coach (Army), and Vigen comes from NDSU who has a long history of dominant offensive lines.

Tui and Kidd moved because it's their best position for the NFL. It was also going to happen if Choate stayed.

Spring is also the best time to look at some combinations of different players. I am not worried at all and think this is the right way to go about settling on your best five prior to next August.

Really, so did Choate make this change in the Fall before he left? I wasn't paying attention when I watched the Fall scrimmage.

From spring ball 2020
One possibility for filling the vacant left tackle spot is flipping two-year starting right tackle Connor Wood, a junior this fall, to left tackle, with sliding Lewis Kidd, who has started most of his three varsity campaigns at guard, to right tackle.
We've actually experimented with Taylor (Tuiasosopo) taking some snaps in spring because Zach Redd is coming off of (an injury)."

Thanks for researching and posting the info. So, by the time we play next fall, they will have been practicing at their new positions for 1.5 years. I don't think it's an issue.

When Redd is healthy will he have a spot? Who’s the top 7 minus Redd?

Centers are usually 50"s.

Redd is healthy and has been playing. I think the top 5 are likely Wood at LT, Tui at LG, Sain at C, Redd at RG, and Kidd at RT. But they have moved Kidd to RG and also played TJ Sessions a lot at RT and also Kittells at RT. Tui has been out the last few scrimmages so they have been trying a few other combinations and players with the ones. The only one that comes to mind is Joe McElroy at guard, but there may have be been others that I did not notice.

It’s always a good idea to maybe test things ahead of 1 p.m.?
