Student tickets are flowing since early this afternoon.Cataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 15, 2025 7:32 pmTickets haven’t been sent out. I had no doubt my request for 2 wouldn't be honored, but still looking for 2 EZ tix for in-laws who are traveling to Helena for the holidays. I have posted in the Ticket Exchange. I hope that some of those requests start getting filled now that tickets have been distributed.

Re: Making sure Cat Fans Get Tickets
Our extra 8 are all safely in Bobcat hands.
While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

Posting in a few different spots to cover my bases.
Looking for just 1 ticket. Have access to one, but need another so my wife doesn’t divorce me by leaving her at home. Aware we won’t be sitting together, not a big deal, just looking for 1!

Re: Making sure Cat Fans Get Tickets
Trying the same thing....I have some messages out to season ticket holders, posted in a few spots for tickets as well. Looking for 2 tickets anywhere in the stadium for hopefully CAT pricing. I am a 2000 grad and my son is there now graduating in May, and a daughter most likely to be a freshman in 27. She is a volleyball girl which keeps us busy during most of the football season. So I can only make the last couple regular season games and playoff games. I did make it to the Ducks game though. Long story long....I would love some help finding a couple of tickets. Thank you

Based on the volume of tickets—and their pricing—that hit SeatGeek, Facebook, etc. today, I think the box office’s strategy is going to backfire. The stadium will still be mostly Cats, but it likely would’ve been even more so with a lower allotment per ticket holder. $1,400 is too tempting to pass up when you can still bring six friends. At least it’s our fans profiting at the Griz’s expense, though—it seems like the athletic department should’ve tried to cash in more effectively and put it toward expansion

I need more clarification on this. Are you saying there is a group of 7 tickets available on seat geek for $1400?

Re: Making sure Cat Fans Get Tickets
This makes zero sense. There are 67 listings on SeatGeek and not all that many on fb marketplace. I guarantee that there is also overlap between the two (posting in both places). Also of those 67 listings there are only 168 tickets total. That’s a super low percentage when looking at 22k attendance. Lastly, I would venture to say that a bunch of these tickets aren’t the “extras” that were given out but rather just regular season ticket holders cashing in. I’m sure it’s some of the extras but I bet half of these at most. But again maybe 200 tickets total out in the for sale world, less than 1% of the total allowed.BlackJack wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 7:59 pmBased on the volume of tickets—and their pricing—that hit SeatGeek, Facebook, etc. today, I think the box office’s strategy is going to backfire. Ha - sorry. Poorly written. No, but $700 seems to be the going rate for non SRO at the moment on both sites. x2 (after giving away 6 which is just me editorializing). = $1400ilovethecats wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 8:02 pmI need more clarification on this. Correct. People are worrying too much. The place is going to be packed. Absolutely nuts. And in a game with more than 22,000 screaming fans, it's a guarantee that griz fans will make up MAYBE 600-700 of those fans. That is just glorious!BOBCATBORN wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 8:05 pmThis makes zero sense. There are 67 listings on SeatGeek and not all that many on fb marketplace. Oh I see what you meant. I don't think you'll have to worry. There is a very small number of tickets on seatgeek. They are asking ridiculous prices. Regardless of what happens with that tiny minority, the stadium will be about 99.7% Cat fans!BlackJack wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 8:13 pmHa - sorry. Poorly written. Couldn’t agree more with this, seems like I could copy and and paste a conversation I’ve had with a friend and it would match this word for word.BOBCATBORN wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 8:05 pmThis makes zero sense. And this is coming from someone that is kind of on the outside looking in on the ticket situation right now.
Is it frustrating to see astronomical ticket prices online? Without a doubt.
It’s also a small number of people actually doing that.
Without doing the actual math I estimated that maybe 500 total tickets were up for grabs between SeatGeek, the ticket exchange groups on Facebook, Facebook marketplace, etc.
Yes those prices they’re asking are BS, but it’s well under 5% of the total tickets. Most people are simply holding onto their tickets or selling them to fellow fans at or near face value, outside of those sites.
The stadium will be packed, it’ll be 90-95%+ Cat fans. That’s great news.
On a related note… I’m still looking for a single ticket if anyone can hook me up.

Re: Making sure Cat Fans Get Tickets
Isn't it possible some who got extras just sell them directly to friends or family that are griz fans. And those never show up on a secondary market site.

Re: Making sure Cat Fans Get Tickets
Sure it’s possible, but based on the sentiment here and likely amongst donors who spend tons on the cats every year, they likely aren’t selling to any gris fans.
