Just shows the difference a coach can make, and not from a recruiting or x's and o's perspective. Sure those things are important, but too many people believe that's all that matters. If you can build a culture where they're playing for each other, help them have fun, make them believe in themselves, play really hard, and develop depth with players who buy in even though they're role players, you can put things over the top. This team has all of that and is still just putting it together. Hopefully the curve keeps rising this season and for the next few seasons.
